More than 50 Years...the History of Jolmes Germany

The starting point of the now over
50 years long history was the foundation of a
petroleum retailer by Hans Jolmes.

The former “Shell Jolmes” progressed successfully, now being the parent company JOLMES Gebäudereinigung (Commercial Cleaning) GmbH.

Following the principle idea of the Facility Management,
new market segments were developed.
 
Subsequently, Jolmes Sonderdienste (Special Services) GmbH
was founded in addition to the commercial cleaning and janitorial services.

Both companies enabled the development of a full service Facility Management.
As part of the extensive network of services, both companies belong to the JOLMES GROUP.

In collaboration with all partner companies, the JOLMES GROUP
became a full service provider around the building.
